When you use Copy That™ we collect: • Your email address and display name (on account creation) • Quiz responses, scores, and response times (to power your learning path) • Device type and browser (for technical support only) We do NOT collect payment card details, precise location, contacts, or sensitive personal data.
• To operate your account and save your progress • To personalise your learning path based on your performance • To issue Copy That™ – NATO Signals Certificates on achieving a passing score of 80%+ • To share progress with your educator (Classroom users only, with your consent) • To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics
Copy That™ uses IEALS KITE™, our internal learning telemetry layer. This records which questions you answer, which distractors you choose, and your response times. This data is used only to improve your personalised learning experience and is never sold to third parties.
We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with: • Base44 — our platform provider (hosting, database, authentication) • Google — cloud infrastructure • Your educator — only if you are enrolled in a Classroom class
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing help@snappyidioms.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or EU you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, and data portability. Contact: help@snappyidioms.com
